New York- No mags over 10rds made after 1994 (i.e. none marked Law Enforcement only).
Chicago-No mags over 10rds.

Consignment Sales

* For Class III weapons we charge $100.00 or 15% of the total sale price, whichever is greater.

* For title one firearms we charge $50.00 or 15% of the total sales price, whichever is greater.

Title 1 Transfers

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A TRANSFER FROM A DEALER OR INDIVIDUAL FOR AN ITEM THAT WE EITHER HAVE IN STOCK OR CAN READILY GET FOR YOU.

* DO NOT Purchase a weapons of any kind from someone & exspect that we will transfer for it for you. You MUST contact us before having ANYTHING transfered to us.
* We charge $35.00 to transfer a title 1 firearm. 

Class III Purchases

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A TRANSFER FROM A DEALER OR INDIVIDUAL FOR AN ITEM THAT WE EITHER HAVE IN STOCK OR CAN READILY GET FOR YOU.

* DO NOT Purchase a weapons of any kind from someone & exspect that we will transfer for it for you. You MUST contact us before having ANYTHING transfered to us.

* Please make sure that you are eligible to purchase Class III weapons before placing order.

* Non-WV residents, once your order has been placed & payment has been made the sale is final. If after the purchase you determine that you are not eligible to own the weapon, cannot obtain a CLEO signature or any other reason then you can either have your dealer sell it for you or send it back for a refund minus a 30% RESTOCKING FEE or $200.00 whichever is greater + SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS.

* WV residents, once you purchase a Class III weapon the sale is final. If after you purchase the weapon you determine that your are not eligible to possess it or cannot obtain a CLEO signature, there will be a 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE or $200.00 whichever is greater. If you purchased it from another person & we are handling the transfer you have two choices. (1) We can transfer it back to the seller if he will take it back but you still owe us for the transfer OR (2) We can sell it for you, we charge $200.00 or 15% which ever is higher to sell the weapon plus the original transfer fee in.

You may incur a $5.00 a day storage fee for each of your weapons we have in our vault for the following reasons.

(1) If we have to store your weapon for more than (7) days after notification of paperwork approval.

(2) If it is determined by us that you have not filed your Form 4 w/ BATF in a timely fashion, the storage fee will be applied after 90 days from the date on your Form 4. There is a $25.00 charge to replace lost Form 4's.

(3) You have a weapon transferred to us  & you don't come in to do the paperwork within 14 days of us receiving the weapon.

ATT: WV Form 4 Customers. We will NOT accept any transfers from out of state dealers or individuals of items that we have in stock or we can readily get for you.

We charge $200.00 to transfer a machinegun, all other Class III transfers are $100.00 (This Does NOT apply to weapons purchased directly from us)
