Terms
* Stock if often limited so
confirm ALL orders by either phone or e-mail before sending payment.
* We prefer payment by Postal
Money Order (The ones you get at the US Post Office) or CASHIERS
check but we will accept personal checks, this will delay shipping
for up to 2 weeks.
* We
do not accept Credit Cards, NO CODs.
* Orders paid by Certified Funds (Cashiers
Check or US Postal Money Orders) will generally be shipped
within 5 business days from the date payment is received, (except for
Class III weapons which have to clear ATF before being transferred)
* Orders paid by Non-Certified
Funds will be held at least 2 weeks (or until we determine they have
cleared our bank)
* West Virginia residents include
6% for sales tax
* Certain items are not available
for sale where prohibited and no orders will be shipped to those
locations. Determine legality in your locality PRIOR to ordering.
(ie. NO High Capacity Mags to CA & HI)
* INCLUDE a list of what you are
purchasing along w/ corresponding prices, name, address, payment &
contact info w/ each order, Please don't just send the funds &
expect us to remember what you want to order.
* NO INTERNATIONAL SALE, NO
EXCEPTIONS
* All prices are subject to
change and all items are subject to prior sale or withdraw from sale
without notice.
* No returns without prior
authorization & return number. NO returns after 3 days from
delivery date to your AUTHORIZED FFL DEALER, as per FedEx or USPS
delivery records.
* There is a 30%
restocking fee on all non-defective returned items & canceled orders.
Consignment Sales
* For Class III weapons we charge $100.00 or 10% of the total sale price, whichever is greater.
* For title one firearms we charge $50.00 or 10% of the total sales price, whichever is greater.
Title 1 Transfers
* We charge $30.00 to transfer a title 1 firearm.
Class
III Purchases
* Please make sure that you are
eligible to purchase Class III weapons before placing order.
* Non-WV residents, once your
order has been placed, payment has been made &/or paperwork has
been filed the sale is final. If your in state dealer receives the
weapon in & then determine that you are not eligible, cannot
obtain a CLEO signature or any other reason then you can either have
your dealer sell it for you or send it back for a refund minus a 30%
RESTOCKING FEE +
SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS.
* WV residents, once you purchase
a Class III weapon the sale is final. If after you purchase the
weapon you determine that your are not eligible to possess it or
cannot obtain a CLEO signature, there will be a 30% RESTOCKING
CHARGE or $200.00 whichever is greater, if you want to return it.
If you decide that you would prefer to try & sell it yourself
then there will be a 30% RESTOCKING FEE or $300.00 charge, which ever
is greater, for completing the new paperwork to the buyer. You may
incur a $5.00 a day storage fee for each of your weapons we have in
our vault for the following reasons. (1) If
we have to store your weapon for more than 7 days after notification
of paperwork approval. (2) If it is
determined by us that you have not filed your Form 4 w/ BATF in a
timely fashion, the storage fee will be applied after 120 days from
the date on your Form 4. There is a $25.00 charge to replace lost
Form 4's.

Form 4 Customers. We will NOT accept any transfers from out of state
dealers or individuals of items that we have in stock.
We charge $200.00
on all Class III transfers
except for AOW's & Suppressors which are $100.00 (This
Does NOT apply to weapons purchased directly from us)
We
charge
$30.00 to transfer a title 1 firearm.
Shipping
* Shipping is additional on
all orders. MINIMUM $10.00 shipping charge on parts
& $20.00 on firearms.
* We ONLY ship with FedEx Ground
(Air available at an additional charge) & US Priority Mail.
* You MUST provide us with a
Physical Street address and daytime phone number w/ each order.
* We insure all firearms for the
price paid unless otherwise requested in writing.
* We DO NOT insure non-firearms
shipments. We will insure them at your request.
* Everything we sell leaves here
in the advertised condition and properly packaged. Damage Claims are
between you and FedEx or US Postal Service. If your package arrives
damaged, alert the delivery driver and immediately contact the
carrier to initiate a claim. Keep ALL packaging to support the claim.
We will do what we can to assist you, but it is the carrier's
responsibility. Do not return damaged shipments to us unless
specifically instructed to do so by us.
